Exceptionally thorough & easy to understand
Don't let those injuries get you deflated...
I know how much pain & discomfort can leave you feeling flat, drained & lethargic.
Lower limb pain can prevent you from enjoying your work and lifestyle or even time with your family. I know this leads to becoming less active & more lethargic... you're left with unexpected weight gain; your body doesn't move as well as what it did AND you're starting to lose your 'drive'.
KIDS & TEENS- pain or injury can prevent your child from keeping up with the rest of the team, hindering their physical abilities and maybe after a while they do not want to participate at all.
This is disheartening to see.
Not feeling 100%?
Lower limb pain can STOP you from reaching your potential. It can hold you back from progressing, slow you down from improving and prevent you from reaching your goals. Whether it's casual or competitive sport we want you working at your optimum.
